This hotel suits me perfectly! The friendly staff, great wi-fi, and indoor pool make every stay enjoyable. I’ll always remember how they helped me find my lost jewel on my first visit. Highly recommend this place! I'm coming back for new year.

The location near the stadium made it easy to enjoy the game. The cleanliness of both the hotel and our room impressed me greatly.

Couple's comfortable getaway

The staff was excellent they had a sense of humor that was fantastic and the beds were super comfortable I was really surprised about how new everything looked

we had an amazing honeymoon stay! the staff was incredibly friendly and the location was perfect, close to restaurants and attractions. the room was clean and comfortable, really exceeding our expectations from our last stay in independence.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Express Independence. The decor felt fresh and welcoming, with accessible features that made navigating the hotel easy for someone my age. The breakfast area was bright and inviting, too.

More seating in the common areas would be nice.

Our family stayed here, and we loved the convenient location! Being just eight miles from Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadiums made it easy to catch a game. The staff was incredibly welcoming, especially Jennifer, who made our stay even more memorable with her warm hospitality.

In my wife’s opinion, a small play area for kids would be great.

Super clean room with a flat-screen TV, fridge, and microwave. The bath had shampoo and free toiletries. The beds were comfy. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Fitness center was well-equipped. Breakfast had veggie omelettes and tasty coffee. Quick check-in and friendly staff made it even better.

Good pick for exploring town in Independence, excellent value for money. Had a great conversation with the front desk staff who recommended local restaurants. Make sure to check the hot water in the morning before hopping into the shower.
